LyAi deploys a specialised digital public service for ski area authorities. Operational information, public safety alerts and contextual concierge — delivered to the citizen within the attention window of the chairlift.
The service is contracted by the public entity that manages the area. The skier is the beneficiary; the contracting party is public.
With a ski area within their municipal territory. Direct political connection, tourism innovation budget.
Télé-Morgins, Télé-Champéry and similar. Access to the official alerts channel (LAL) and to the operational service.
Offices with their own budget that extend the service across the whole valley. Integration with seasonal campaigns.
Pooled tourism services where they exist. Shared deployment across several municipalities in the valley.
Client typology formalised in the Strategic Audit AUR-2026-04-25 §4.1 (Aurelio, LyAi Labs).
LyAi is not a search engine. It is a high-intelligence concierge with deep knowledge of the territory where it operates: its businesses, its events, its real-time conditions and its local culture.
When a traveller asks a question, LyAi does not return a list of links. It returns the right answer — with context, up-to-date data and the capacity to act directly.
One AI per destination. Each LyAi instance specialises exclusively in a single territory: it learns its language, its businesses, its particularities. This is not a generic AI with instructions. It is an intelligence that belongs to the territory.
LyAi's model is simple: every tourist destination, every town or every event requires an intelligence that knows it better than any printed guide or generic search engine.
We call Territorial Brain each LyAi instance dedicated to a place. It learns from its data, updates itself with its daily reality and answers with the authority of one who truly knows that territory.
12 resorts of the Franco-Swiss area. Slopes, lifts, TPC/CFF transport, weather, live webcams, festivals, gastronomy and geofence alert system — all in real time, in 4 languages. The LyAi 2026/27 pilot project.
Island concierge. Beaches, restaurants, local transport.
A singular town or neighbourhood. Gastronomy, culture, mobility, local services.
Festivals, fairs, conferences. An ephemeral brain for major events.
We index businesses, events, real-time data and the specific knowledge of the territory. The brain learns continuously from its ecosystem.
In natural language, in any language. By text or by voice. From the destination website, WhatsApp or the local app. No forms, no categories.
A precise, contextualised and actionable answer. The operational information layer is completed — the citizen receives the territory's data at the exact moment they need it.
We do not seek large-scale investment at first approach. The sequence builds objective evidence before broadening the scope.
| Phase | Scope | Horizon |
|---|---|---|
| Restricted pilot | Initial deployment at selected resorts, ahead of the winter season. | Pre-season 26/27 |
| Evaluation | Usage metrics, QR scans, alerts issued, satisfaction of the contracting entity. | Spring 26/27 |
| Extension | Deployment to the 12 resorts of the area under a multi-year contract. | 26/27 and beyond |
| Consolidation | Annual renewal and expansion to neighbouring areas as opportunity allows. | 27/28 onwards |
Full framework described in the Strategic Audit AUR-2026-04-25 §4.3 (Aurelio, LyAi Labs).
Partner establishments — mountain restaurants, ski schools, accommodation providers — contribute their daily operational status to the local information layer. Information layer, not advertising channel.
Geolocation of skiers (geofence alert system) involves a tightly governed data processing operation. Compliant with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Swiss nFADP (FF 2017).
The cost is borne exclusively by the contracting public entity. No cost for the skier, no advertising model, no commercial bidding.
